Information We Collect
Our primary goal in collecting personal information from you is to provide you with a smooth, efficient, and personalized experience while using our services. This allows us to provide services and features that most likely meet your needs, and to customize our service to make your experience easier and quicker. Using the Site's web server log files, we use IP addresses to analyze trends, track users' movement, and gather broad demographic information for aggregate use. IP addresses are not linked to personally identifiable information. This information may include the URL that you just came from (whether this URL is on our site or not), which URL you next go to (whether this URL is on our site or not), what browser and operating system you are using, your IP address, etc.
We take online payments for some of our services and products. We use Paypal as our external payment provider. Paypal requires that you provide your credit card details to process the transaction. This is done on a secure Paypal server using SSL (secure sockets layer). Once services or products are selected for purchase, to complete the transaction process you will be transferred to Paypal's servers for the secure transaction. After the transaction has been authorized you can return to the site from which the purchase was made. Neither Quadrality.com, LLC, nor its subsidiaries have any access to these credit card details and they are not stored or processed on the aforementioned sites. In the case of a suspected fraudulent transaction, card details may be disclosed to Quadrality.com, LLC, or its affected subsidiary by Paypal for the sole purpose of performing further checks. Quadrality.com, LLC is not permitted to then retain these details. These details are stored securely by Paypal in order to process future payments you may make, but Paypal does not use your information for any other purpose.
Your Personal Information as related to these purchases is stored in our databases, which are located in Hawthorne, NJ, USA.
